Silverbeet parcels

6 large silverbeet leaves
1 chopped onion
1 clove garlic
2 large potatoes
3 sheets puff pastry

Peel and cut potato into small cubes. Steam until cooked.
Fry onion and garlic until browned.
Wash and finely chop silverbeet. Steam until wilted. Drain and press to remove excess water.
Mix all ingredients together.
Cut each pastry sheet into nine squares.
Place a spoonful of silverbeet mixture into the middle of the pastry.
Pull up the edges of the pastry and gather together to hold the silverbeet mixture.

Bake at 200 C until pastry is golden.
