1 1/3 cup flour
2/3 cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup soy milk with 2 tbsp vinegar added
2 tsp cornflour in 1/4 cup water
1/2 cup water
2/3 cup margarine
Mix the dry ingredients together
Add the milk to which the vinegar has been added, and other liquid ingredients.
Stir it all together.
Add the margarine and beat until smooth.
Bake in a greased cake tin at 175 C for 40 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean.
