Tuesday: Avocado Toast

Wednesday: Orange and pear bircher museli

Thursday: Nut butter and jam toast, or Avocado Toast

Friday: Blueberry Porridge or Chia Pudding

Saturday: Toast with avocado, wilted spinach, roasted tomato and mushrooms panfried with garlic and spring onions, or for a sweeter brekkie, try a healthy chocolate mousse
