No oil vegan bliss balls

Ingredients
-1 cup of pitted dried dates, soaked in hot water until soft.
- 3/4 cup cashews or almonds (raw or roasted)
- 1/2 cup of desiccated dried coconut + extra for rolling
- Optional: 1 tbsp of cacao powder or grated orange rind
- Method
Chop the nuts in a food processor until they are very finely chopped.
Remove the nuts from the food processor, and then process the drained dates.
When the dates have turned to paste, add the nuts, coconut and cacao or orange rind if using. Process until the mixture comes together
Form the mixture into balls, rolling each in coconut or cacao powder.
