Sharon's healthy baked apple dessert

One tin of pie apple
1/4 cup of currants
1/4 cup coconut
1/4 cup cranberries
1/4 cup dried apricots, chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
1 banana, sliced
Extra cinnamon to sprinkle
drizzle of honey

Preheat the oven to 150 C
Pour the pie apple into a casserole dish.
Stir through the currants, coconut, cranberries, apricots and cinnamon
Place the sliced banana on top, and gently push into the apple.
Sprinkle with additional cinnamon and drizzle with honey.
Warm in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until it is at your preferred temperature.
