Add any nuts, seeds, dried fruits, such as dates, and spices you like to oats, then soak overnight in orange juice or pear juice.

2 cups of oats
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup linseeds
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup goji berries
1 cup of orange juice
Tin of stewed pears

Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix
Add orange juice and stir through
Allow to soak overnight in the fridge
Serve a portion into a bowl
If museli is too dry, stir through some more orange juice or pear juice
Top with some stewed pears

Alternatively, mix together dry ingredients and store in a jar. The night before, place a 1/2 cup of museli mix into a bowl, and squeeze in the juice of half an orange. Stir, and leave in the fridge over night. If too dry, squeeze in the remaining half an orange. Serve topped with tinned fruit or berries.
