Vegan Bircher Museli
Add any nuts, seeds, dried fruits, such as dates, and spices you like to oats, then soak overnight in orange juice or pear juice.
Ingredients 2 cups of oats 1/4 cup sunflower seeds 1/4 cup sesame seeds 1/4 cup walnuts 1/4 cup linseeds 1/4 cup shredded coconut 1/4 cup goji berries 1 cup of orange juice, or juice of one squeezed orange Tin of stewed pears
Method Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix Add orange juice and stir through Allow to soak overnight in the fridge Serve a portion into a bowl If museli is too dry, stir through some more orange juice or pear juice Top with some stewed pears
