Fruit oat biscuits. Vegan, no oil and no added sugar.
Ingredients 3 mashed bananas 1/3 cup apple and rhubarb puree (or your choice of flavour) 2 cups of oats 1 tsp vanilla 2 tsp cinnamon
Method Combine all ingredients. Form into biscuits and place on a lined tray. Bake at 180 C for 15 minutes, or until dry enough to remain formed. Makes 18
