Vegan sultana tea cake
1 black tea bag
1 cup (250ml) of boiling water
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup of sultanas
2 cups of flour, (any combination of rye, white or wholemeal)
Make up a cup of tea using the tea bag, water and sugar.
Soak the sultanas in the tea overnight. (It's just not moist enough if you don't.)
Mix in the two cups of flour.
Bake in a loaf pan at 180 C for 40 minutes.
So simple and so delicious.
